ART MAKING AND AUDIO RECORDING FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5/
WATERWAYS CHILDREN CENTRE, SE28 8EZ /OCTOBER HALF TERM
This half term, join artist Jenny Pengilly for a week of art, noise-making, recording and role-play, as part of Waterways Childrens Centre’s half term activities.
Monday 24 October 9.30-11am
Jenny’s Audio Recording Grotto!
Make a microphone and record yourself in the new audio recording grotto.
Tuesday 25 October 1-2.30pm
Sensory Recording with Jenny
Have fun playing with sensory materials and investigate what sounds they can make.
Thursday 27 October 1-2.30pm
Puppet Making
Make your own puppet and pay a visit to the audio recording grotto.
Friday 28 October 1-2.30pm
Body Instruments and Dance
Make your own wearable instruments and use them in a group dance.

Audio Grotto is suitable for families with a child under 5, please get in touch with Waterways on 020 8311 5491 to reserve your place.
50p contribution per family.
Priority is given to families already registered with the Children’s Centres.
These workshops are led by Jenny Penguilly who is currently undertaking a Children and Young People's residency at Lakeside Centre, produced by TACO! in partnership with Bow Arts and Better Children's Centres Abbey Wood and Thamesmead.
